
OUR POLICY
ALL hair extension appointments require a deposit whether it is a new hair fitting or a maintenance/refit appointment. ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is due to the hair being ordered specifically for your requirements. If you need to transfer your appointment date this would require a minimum of 7 days notice and a further appointment made within a 4 week period. An appointment can only be transferred once using the same deposit, should it need to be changed a second time your deposit will be forfeited. We do not keep hair in stock so unfortunately we can not just fill appointments at short notice should you need to change it.
Late Appointments
Should any client turn up more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, it is at the technicians discretion whether the appointment can still go ahead depending on if the full service can still be achieved in the time frame left. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate every client, but sometimes this is an impossibility in a short time frame. If the technician requires extra time booked out due to lateness, this wiIl be at extra cost which will be discussed and agreed with you.

No Shows & Cancellations
Any appointments cancelled within a 24 hour period will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% at the total cost of the service. Any on the day cancellations or no shows will be liable to pay 100% of the total cost agreed, A further appointment could then be made with another deposit being paid to secure the appointment.
Matting and Poor Aftercare
A little matting is acceptable and will be carefully teased out by your extension technician, however if severe matting is present due to negligent aftercare, this will take us much longer to rectify meaning we need more time. This will then incur extra costs. This is completely avoidable if you look after your extensions, follow the aftercare instructions provided and come to your refit appointments within the time frame given to you at your consultation.
